MI Nepal has previously launched all the smartphones in the Redmi 9 series, excluding for the most exclusive version: Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. Now it will be available for buy from 12th of August across 1800+ Xiaomi stores Note 9 Pro along with online stores Redmi note 9 pro Max is mostly like Note 9 Pro except better camera and a faster 33W charging
Design and Display
Redmi Note 9 Pro Max comes with Aura Balance Design with a curved glass panel on the backside. The phone comes with a 6.67-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution. Xiaomi noises that as the Dot-Display. The display has an aspect ratio of 20:9. The display shows a circular cut-out on the top middle of the device. Redmi note 9 pro has a single camera on the front side with a standard 60Hz display panel.
There is a quad camera setup on the back with a LED flash just below the camera arrangement. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor which seems to be the first in redmi note series. Xiaomi has curved the edges of the device so that it can minimize the chance of damages through accidental drops. The device is packed with Corning Gorilla 5 glass on the front, back and camera of the smartphone.
The device is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 720G which is the same SoC that was used in Realmi 6 Pro. It comes with Qualcomm’s Elite Gaming features for the better gaming experience. 6 GB and 8 GB RAM Variant of Redmi note 9 pro max will be available in Nepali Market
Redmi Note 9 Pro Max is packed with a 64MP quad-camera setup on the back. The primary camera is Samsung’s GW1 sensor. It is supported by an 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor with 109-degree field of vision. Similarly, a 5MP macro sensor and a 2MP depth sensor are aligned in a single rectangular camera module. Redmi claims that its image processing technique together with the minimum 6GB RAM results in better picture quality than other 64MP camera that are available on the market currently. The Note 9 Pro Max’s camera features RAW photography, Pro Colour, Night mode, and the 21:9 frame support.
In the front face there is a 32MP selfie shooter below the top centre of the display with AI portrait mode.
Redmi Note 9 Pro Max is powered by a 5,020mAh battery which gets charged by the 33W fast charger which is included in the box. It comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack and an IR blaster as other Redmi devices. It also includes a new Z-axis vibration, which the company claims will redefine the haptic feedback. it is equipped with 2×2 MIMO for Wi-Fi to minimize lags while gaming. It supports India’s NavIC navigation system for navigation along with other navigation systems in use.
